Millionaire Face-Up Pai Gow
Game Rules
Face-Up Pai Gow is the sharpest seven-card poker game in the casino. You see every single one of the dealer's cards before you set your own hand - full information, real decisions. Split seven cards into a five-card powerhouse and a two-card blocker, beat both dealer hands, and collect. Millionaire Mode is a paid $1 Royal Spades side bet that runs alongside the round; it does not reduce your main Face-Up Pai Gow payouts.
- Seven cards are dealt face-up to you and seven to the dealer. All fourteen cards are visible. Information advantage is yours.
- Set your hand strategically: five-card high hand must be poker-stronger than your two-card low hand. See the dealer's setting - optimise your split to win both sides.
- Dealer's hand is set by house rules. Compare: your five-card hand vs dealer's five-card hand, your two-card hand vs dealer's two-card hand. Win both: 1:1 minus 5% commission. Push one: bet returned. Lose both: stake gone.
- Pai Gow is low-volatility: pushes are common, double-wins are satisfying, and outright losses are infrequent relative to most games.
- Millionaire Bet: count your spades. Specific spade combinations pay tiered bonuses below the maximum. Every hand with the Millionaire Bet active is a spade-count check.

Winning Strategies
Face-Up Pai Gow is the only casino table game where you can see every dealer card before making your own decision. Use that information. When the dealer's two-card low hand is weak, sacrifice some of your five-card strength to dominate the two-card comparison. Winning both sides is the target, but engineering a push is always better than losing both.
Set your five-card hand first, then check the dealer's two-card setting. If you can beat their low hand with your remaining two cards, great. If the dealer has a strong low hand, focus all strength on the five-card and concede the low hand to push the leg you're weaker on. The push mechanic is your insurance.
The 5% commission only hits on wins. Push-heavy strategies reduce your commission burden while maintaining bankroll. No other simple card game gets close to this return with correct play.
Millionaire Mode is a paid $1 Royal Spades side bet that runs alongside the round; it does not reduce your main Face-Up Pai Gow payouts. Ace through 9 of spades in one hand - yes, it's rare. Place the Millionaire Bet every hand and let the spade count work for you.
Provably Fair Gaming
Every card in Face-Up Pai Gow - all seven of yours and all seven of the dealer's - is SHA-256 generated from the committed server seed before a single card is shown. The full 14-card deal is locked in before you see the first card. After the session, reconstruct the complete deal from the revealed seeds and verify every spade, every poker hand, every setting. Unbreakable cryptographic dealing.
Server seed committed before the session, client seed mixed in at shuffle, full reveal after. The Fisher-Yates shuffle derivation is published and independently reproducible. Reconstruct any hand, check any spade count, verify any outcome. This is the deepest provably fair verification available in any card game format.
